Spicy Garlic Brussel Sprouts Recipe

  • extra virgin olive oil
  • brussel sprouts
  • fresh chopped garlic
  • sea salt
  • black pepper
  • Chili pepper powder
  • 1 large bowl
  • 1 cookie sheet
  • aluminum foil

Take your brussel sprouts and cut them in half if you want them crispy or leave them whole if you want them cooked and partly crispy.  Now take a bunch of extra virgin olive oil and pour it into a large bowl.  Add in the brussel sprouts and mix them until everything is coated.  Now drop in a bunch of chopped garlic, a few tablespoons of chili pepper powder, a few pinches of sea salt and pepper and then mix everything together.  I also added fresh basil in the picture above.  Now place the aluminum foil on your cookie sheet and pour your brussel sprouts on to it.  Place in the oven at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or longer if you want it crispier.  You can continue to cook them until they reach the texture you like.
